Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2026
Brand It Corp. ("Brand It Corp.," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. Portions of the Site may present or stylize our brand as "BRANDIT"; those references identify Brand It Corp. for purposes of this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, contact us, use our AI-powered chat, submit artwork or project information, or otherwise interact with us through the website (collectively, the "Site").
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information under our control in connection with the Site. It does not apply to the privacy practices of third-party websites, platforms, suppliers, or services that we do not control.
1. Accountability and scope
We are responsible for personal information under our control and have designated a Privacy Officer to oversee our privacy practices. In this policy, "personal information" means information about an identifiable individual, as defined by applicable law. Business contact information may be treated differently under some laws.
Our Site is currently intended to provide information about Brand It Corp.’s custom apparel, branded products, printing, decoration, and related services, and to allow visitors to contact us or request a quote. A quote request is not an online purchase.
2. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
-
Contact and business information. Your name, company or organization, job title, email address, telephone number, mailing or delivery information, and preferred contact method.
-
Quote and project information. Products or services requested, quantities, sizes, colours, decoration methods, budget, timelines, delivery needs, project notes, and related correspondence.
-
Artwork and submitted content. Logos, designs, photographs, documents, brand guidelines, proof comments, and other files or information you choose to submit. These materials may contain personal information.
-
Communications and preferences. Messages you send to us, customer-service records, quote follow-ups, and marketing preferences or consents.
-
Chat information. Questions, messages, contact details, feedback, and other content you submit through the Wix-provided AI or live-chat feature, together with conversation history, timestamps, and related interaction data.
-
Device and usage information. Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, date and time of access, cookie identifiers, and similar technical or analytics data.
The current Site does not complete online sales or intentionally collect payment-card details. If we later add online checkout or a payment provider, we will update this policy and identify the relevant payment practices.
3. How we collect personal information
We collect personal information:
-
directly from you when you submit a form, request a quote, upload a file, email or call us, approve a proof, or otherwise communicate with us;
-
automatically through cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, server logs, and similar tools when you use the Site; and
-
from service providers or business partners where permitted by law, such as website hosting, analytics, communications, production, fulfilment, shipping, security, or fraud-prevention providers.
4. How we use personal information
We may use personal information to:
-
respond to inquiries and prepare, revise, or follow up on quotes;
-
provide AI-generated or human chat support, transfer a conversation to a team member, review conversation history, follow up on an inquiry, and improve the accuracy and usefulness of our Site and chat experience;
-
understand project requirements and, if you proceed, administer proofs, production, fulfilment, delivery, invoicing, and customer support under a separate order or service agreement;
-
review and reproduce artwork or other submitted content only as reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform the requested services;
-
operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and our business processes;
-
measure Site traffic and understand how visitors use the Site;
-
send service-related communications and, where permitted by law, marketing communications;
-
protect our rights, property, users, customers, and business; prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents; and
-
comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, insurance, and record-keeping obligations, or for another purpose that we identify at or before collection and that is permitted by law.
5. Consent and choices
We obtain consent in a form appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the circumstances. Consent may be express or implied where permitted by law. By voluntarily providing information for a quote or inquiry, you consent to our collecting, using, and disclosing it for the purposes reasonably connected with responding to and administering that request.
You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal may limit our ability to provide a quote, respond to your request, or perform a service. We may also collect, use, or disclose information without consent where authorized or required by law.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Site is hosted on Wix and may use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your browser or device. Depending on the Site configuration and your choices, these technologies may include:
-
Essential technologies. Used for core Site operation, security, network management, accessibility, and remembering privacy choices.
-
Functional technologies. Used to remember settings or provide optional Site features.
-
Analytics technologies. Used to measure visits, traffic sources, and Site performance and to understand how visitors interact with pages and forms.
-
Advertising technologies. Used only if enabled, to measure campaigns or deliver relevant advertising across services.
You can use the Site’s cookie controls, where available, and your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality. Available cookie controls and categories may change as the Site configuration changes.
7. AI-powered and live chat
The Site may use a Wix-provided chat feature that combines automated, AI-generated answers with live or later responses from Brand It Corp. When you use the chat, the content you submit and related interaction data may be sent to and processed by Wix to generate responses, operate the feature, maintain chat history, support analytics and security, and provide related services. Brand It Corp. and authorized team members may review conversations in the Wix dashboard, respond to messages, and use the information to follow up on your inquiry.
AI-generated answers may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The chatbot is intended for general information and preliminary assistance only. We do not use the chatbot by itself to make legal or similarly significant decisions about individuals. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive or unnecessary personal information through chat.
Wix’s processing, retention, service-provider, AI-improvement, and cross-border practices may depend on the product version and settings in use. We remain responsible for personal information under our control and encourage you to review Wix’s privacy materials. You may contact us directly instead of using chat.
8. When we disclose personal information
We do not sell or rent personal information for money. We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
-
Service providers. To Wix and other providers that support website hosting, forms, AI or live chat, cloud storage, email, analytics, customer management, IT, security, printing, decoration, fulfilment, shipping, accounting, insurance, or professional advice. They may process information to provide those services, subject to their contractual and legal obligations and their applicable terms.
-
Business transactions. In connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.
-
Legal and safety reasons. Where we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, legal process, court order, regulatory request, or to protect rights, safety, property, security, or prevent fraud or misuse.
-
With your direction or consent. For another purpose that we disclose to you and to which you agree.
9. Processing outside your province or Canada
Brand It Corp. and its service providers, including Wix, may process or store personal information in other provinces, the United States, or other countries. As a result, information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement, or regulatory authorities in accordance with those laws. Contact our Privacy Officer if you would like more information about our service-provider arrangements.
10. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to administer a customer relationship or potential project, and to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, insurance, dispute-resolution, and security requirements. Retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information and the reason it is held. When information is no longer required, we will destroy, delete, or anonymize it using reasonable measures, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.
11. Safeguards and privacy incidents
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information under our control. These may include access controls, staff or contractor confidentiality obligations, account security, reputable service providers, secure storage, and procedures for handling privacy incidents.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and regulators and keep records as required by applicable law.
12. Access, correction, and privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask how it has been used or disclosed, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, or withdraw consent. You may also ask us to delete information where applicable, although we may need to retain some information for legal or legitimate business reasons.
To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the time required by law and will explain any permitted refusal or limitation.
13. Marketing communications
We will send commercial electronic messages only with consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Marketing messages will identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe method. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications about a quote, order, account, transaction, safety issue, or legal notice.
14. Children and minors
The Site is intended for business and adult users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a minor without appropriate consent where consent is required. If you believe a minor has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
15. Third-party websites and services
The Site may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, suppliers, catalogues, or other services. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices, and encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Site, our practices, service providers, or applicable law. We will post the updated version on the Site and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
